INTRODUCTION

Sri Sai Vidyaniketan Residential School prides itself on the quality of its educational programs, the professionalism of its staff the enthusiasm of its students and the high level of support provided by parents and community members. We are on open school and we actively seek participation and involvement from the whole School community.

The school commenced on the 21-June-2010 with five primary classes, one higher class section and a pre-school group with 45 student numbers totaled and was officially recognized by the Karnataka state Government.

SSVNRS running under a Sri Bapugouda Darshanapur Educational & Charitable Trust. We are one of four institutions that serve Shahapur area under this trust, and are continually growing in size.

Sai Vidyaniketan Residential School was affiliated by Central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi on 01-04-2017. We currently have classes I to 10 and pre-primary with enrolments around 750.

Admission Procedure

Applications for admission are accepted as and when notified in the school or at office or website. Parents wishing to withdraw their children at the end of the academic year must inform the principal in writing before the end of the March failing which school-leaving certificate will be issued only after the school re-opens. It will not be issued until all the dues are fully paid and all library books returned.

Learning Centre

Parents of students with special needs seeking admission into SSVRS for their child must fix a prior appointment to meet the Learning Centre coordinator.

A copy of the student's medical reports, psychological and psycho-educational evaluation reports and previous school reports must be submitted to the Learning Centre. In case these reports are not available, the Learning Centre coordinator guides the parents to procure them. Only then, admission to Shree Sai Vidyanikethan Residential School is considered, if a seat is available

If the student's need can be met by the school and if he/she can benefit from services offered by the Learning Centre, then placement in an appropriate grade is suggested.

The High School section at SSVRS is academically driven. There is a constant effort to uphold, inculcate, and nurture values and principles that foster holistic development in our students. High school spans Grades 9 to 12. In Grades 9 and 10, we offer the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
