Applications for admissions are accepted as and when notified in the school or at office or website. Parents wishing to withdraw their children at the end of the academic year must inform the principal in writing before the end of the March, failing which school-leaving certificate will be issued only after the school re-opens. It will not be issued until all the dues are fully paid and all library books returned.
Uniform
- All students must be neatly dressed in full school uniform whenever they are in the school premises.
- Students are required to wear the school uniform from on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday a decent normal dress and the P.E. uniform on Saturday.
- Boys should wear vests and girls should wear slips and cycling shorts.
- Colour clothes and fancy, expensive footwear are not allowed.
- Fancy or expensive watches, colourful jerkins or different shades of contacts lenses and trolley bags are not permitted.
- Girls are not permitted to.

Use of information technology
- Students are permitted to use the computers at school for any purpose pertaining to the requirements of the school syllabus as specified by the computer faculty or for any school activity only.
- Students are not allowed to send messages on the network, create or view objection able visuals, change system settings or delete files.
Use of electronic gadgets
Students are not permitted to carry mobile phones, iPods, stations, PSPs cameras or any other electronic gadgets to school. If they do so, it will be confiscated. Students are permitted to use the office telephone to contact their parents in case of emergency.
Lunch and snack breaks
- Students should bring lunch baskets with the necessary cutlery, water and napkin to maintain personal hygiene.
- Parents, drivers or house keepers are not allowed into the school premises to hand over lunch boxes.
- Parents are advised to send enough food for their wards, since children are not permitted to leave the campus at any time during the hours of the school
- Parents are informed to pack biscuits, fresh fruits and vegetables so that teachers can make children eat them. Please avoid sending junk food.
Parking
Students are advised to alight from their vehicles 10-15 meters away from the school gate. Parents and drivers who park in front of the school gate while letting their children alight, cause congestion and confusion at the gate. Adequate place should be allowed in front of the school gate for comfortable movement of children.
Vacation
The kindergarten and classes I-X maintain a six-day week schedule unless required to make up for loss of academic hours due to unforeseen circumstances. Parents are requested to refer to the school planner before planning a vacation and booking tickers.
House system
The school has a house system to foster ‘Espritde corps’ and work in a spirit of co-operation and healthy competition. There are four houses in the school, every student on admission are placed in one of these houses. House meeting are held to organize and put into action various inter-house events.
Infrastructure
The school is functioning in a huge building with spacious and ventilated classroom having functionally designed furniture which is comfortable and child-friendly. It can be arranged for group activities and interaction between peers and teacher.
Science laboratory
The school has well-equipped and well-stocked science laboratory where specimens, models, pictures-charts and educational CDs are used as effective tools to teach science, and to meet the curriculum requirements for practical in physics, chemistry and biology which includes demonstration, experimentation and hands-on activities.
Computer center
The school has state-of-the-art computer labs with over 30 system. A dedicated broadband internet connection in the lab provides internet access to source website for educational materials. All academic and administrative work is facilitated for the computer center.
Brain café
A well-equipped science and math lab provides students with the opportunity to have fun with numbers, science experiments. It creates a challenging atmosphere for students to put their scientific and mathematical abilities to test and enhances their analytical reasoning and lateral thinking through various games and activities.
Media center
The library is the main resource for the students and the faculty. It has a collection of over 2000volumes with a special reference section and a reading room. CDs and video films are other note-worthy assets.
Audio-visual room
The audio-visual room is, extensively used by the faculty and the students to make preparation. A research-oriented approach is encouraged and frequent analysis of projects help students orient themselves with the rapidly changing requirements of the world outsides.
Guidance of counseling
Qualified and experienced teachers act as counselors. And provide assistance for children with respect to learning provide assistance for children with respect to learning, emotional and behavioral differenced/difficulties observed in school. The children are referred to the counselors by the class teachers and preliminary assessment of the situation is made. Help is offered in term of counseling and guiding students and patents. The counselors also suggest suitable interventional remedies to handle difficulties. The capability and the outreach of the counselors in the school are limited to an initial assessment of the issue.
Health care centre
- Do not send children to school when they are sick for attending classes or appearing for assessments to avoid spreading of microbial infections.
- All students returning to school after suffering from an infections or contagious disease must produce a fitness certificate issued by a doctor permitting him/her to do so.
- Students suffering from any of the following diseases must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before resuming the classes.
- Chickenpox: Till the blisters have completely dried and the scabs have fallen off.
- Measles: For 4 days after disappearance of rash
- Whooping cough: For 7days after effective antibiotic therapy.
- Jaundice: Till full recovery duly certified by the physician treating the patient.
